This kit is for 1968 Chevrolet Camaro with Factory Floor Shift Automatic Transmissions (for cars that had Automatic Column Shift or Manual Transmission please see our other items). This kit is designed for cars that didn't originally have console gauges or for people that need to replace all the individual worn out / missing components. Console Guages: This is it an EXACT replica of the 1968 Camaro console gauges. The kit comes completely Pre-Assembled! They are licensed by GM. They are one of the most accurate and flawless reproduction parts we have ever seen! Once installed you CANNOT tell the diffrence from this piece and GM so why buy someones old gauges that are not guaranteed to work when these have a 100% one year warranty? The numbers are very clear and match the originals perfectly. Add a set of gauges to your Camaro that actually work and add a TON of value.
Tachometer: An EXACT replica of the 68 Camaro 5500 redline Tic-Toc-Tach. Its made by OER and licensed by GM. This is one of the most accurate and flawless reproduction parts we have ever seen and the clock includes a perfect QUARTZ movement so it will actually keep time! Once installed you CANNOT tell the difference from this OER piece and GM. The numbers are very clear and match the originals perfectly.
Console Gauge Conversion Wiring Kit: Everything you need to replace or install new gauges for your 1968 Camaro. Includes console wiring from gauges to conversion harness and the conversion harness to the main underdash harness. This harness is a must for cars that did not have original console gauges. Features correct factory style terminals!
Temperature sending unit: Temperature sending units for use on 68 Camaro with optional console gauge package. This sending unit threads into the side of the cylinder block. This sensor when hooked to the console gauge wiringallows the temperature gauge in the console gauges to function properly.
Console Gauge Oil Line: Correct oil line for your 1968 Camaro. This line is required to allow the oil gauge to operate correctly. 51" long.
Oil Line Block Fitting: Original style oil line block fitting with sleeve and nut, used to adapt oil line to the engine block for console oil gauge!
